About Us
Jay Davis began his modest building career in 1940 as a Union Mason. Over the next two decades Jay successfully completed projects in NYC, LA, Miami and Houston.
In 1970, Mr. Davis passed the company baton onto his son-in-law, Everett Markham, who grew the business expanding into land development and building operations.
Two decades later, Everett extended the tradition of family ownership by handing the reins of the company over to his son Steve A. Markham (Sam) in 1990.
Since then, Sam has extended a successful track record in real estate development and construction while embracing cutting edge new technologies, as well as opportunities in film production and sports entertainment.
